Laughton Glacier

Laughton Glacier is north of Skagway, accessible from a flag stop on the White Pass & Yukon RR. There's a nice mile-and-a-half trail from the flag stop to a Forest Service cabin, and a rough and sketchy trail goes on another mile or so to the glacier.

The trail follows the edge of the creek -- sometimes it's in the creek,
especially when a warm afternoon has helped the glacier melt

If you just want it to stop moving before you get dizzy, click once on the picture.
Zoom with the buttons in the corner. It will stop by itself in a couple of minutes.
